    Must Remove OpenWeb - The Worst Part of the Internet
    Openweb is destroying conversations by stifling free speech wherever it deems fit. The entire concept of OpenWeb is flawed from the start and doesn't serve to bring people together, reduce toxicity, or anything that the company has set out to do. Through flawed algorithms, misunderstanding of the English language (the company is headquartered in Israel) and profiling users incorrectly in message boards, it does nothing to stop the bad guys and unintentionally hurts the regular user good guys.   3. Why am I required to sign in after not accessing Yahoo mail from my desktop? No such regimentation on my cell phone.

    Do not require sign in after not using desktop for a while. I as directed to set up a new password!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  4. Why doesn't it tell me anywhere if my account is Premium or not?

    Display type of account somewhere obvious: Premium or Standard. How am I supposed to find out what type of account I have? This email system is becoming completely unwieldy.

  14. Help Section Improvement

    Answer for "Your sign-in screen loops or reloads" on sign-in is incomplete. Doesn't address OK signing in to main Yahoo Account, but looping only on logging into e-mail. Clearing cookies does not help. Verification info is OK & was able to reset password, problem remained. Can log into main account but NOT to email.

  16. Two User ID with same credentials

    Hello Team,

    Good day,

    I am holding the Yahoo User ID "geetha300@yahoo.com" from quite sometime.

    Since few weeks I am getting mails which I am not part of. I presume these mails are intended for another Geetha who also have the same Yahoo User ID. Attaching one of such mail that was not intended to me. Note: I am not "Geetha Rajappan".

    Could you investigate and resolve the duplicate User ID issue? Thanks in advance.

  19. "Support" is useless

    Support is useless. They won't let you send an email to fix an issue. My location on the hompage is always incorrect. I have lived in this same town for 20 years and should not have to manually change it ever!!! It is always on allowed to know location. This needs to be fixed!! Not to mention, I have to REsign in to the account I am CLEARLY ALREADY SIGNED INTO in order to leave feedback. Yahoo is spiraling & I'm disgusted by it!!! I've had this account since I was 13!!!!! This is unacceptable.
