  1. I do no know what you want from me. I can easily register on mobile and on table but always have problem on the laptop. Why

    No idea, just enable me the registration on the lap top. The problem is probably because my husband uses the same lap top, but he has no problems.

  5. This is your Yahoo account username, so it can't be removed.

    I created my account many years ago with an email from Hotmail at the time. The email is no longer valid because is compromised but there isn't a way to update or remove that association from my yahoo account. In the recover section, I get the message This is your Yahoo account username, so it can't be removed.

    So there should be an option to delete or at least another way to sing in without sending a link to that email because anyone with access to that email can access my yahoo account.

    I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to inform you of a recent change in the name of our business, which may affect our Yahoo account information. Our company, Prisnacks, has undergone a name change to Fosnacks, as officially registered with the Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB).

    Every time I go to look up where some place is using the maps, they never use my current address, right now it has me at an old address, and I can't find a way to change it or to just tell Yahoo to search by my current location!

    If there is a way, Yahoo needs to make it a lot easier to find! I mean I got to Personal Information and there is nothing to change your address at all!

  11. App Password Generator - No Apps Dropdown Menu

    When trying to generate app password in the Account Security of my yahoo email account, there is no dropdown menu of applications to choose one. When I type the name of the app in the box, in particular 'Outlook Desktop', the following text turns up: 'Sorry, this feature is not available at present.' Could you propose me a feasible solution. I need this feature to use MS Outlook through my yahoo email. Thank you in advance!

  13. Allow us to BLOCK news sources.

    Users should be allowed to BLOCK news sources. The 'see less' thing does not work. I am going to have to stop coming to yahoo because I keep seeing stupid propaganda from certain sites and no matter how many times I choose 'see less' I still see stuff from that source EVERY time I go to yahoo. Fix it!

  15. Inprove 2 step verification; it should never be more than one extra step

    Cell phone notification, or (better yet) a security question is sufficient. Sometimes more than one step is required, and that second one always involves identifying objects in small pictures, which is extremely difficult for seniors and others with vision issues. I am just about ready to give up on my decades-old yahoo mail account if I keep getting those. Yesterday it took me 9 pages of pictures. Bah! Humbug!

    I use third party email that requires the use of App password. This feature has been turned off temporary and there isn't a time period which they have set to turn this feature on. There isn't any work around provided. Calling Yahoo support doesn't provide any answers.
