  1. Do NOT go to an email for verification. Go to cell phone number. NEVER email.

    Computer will not go from one email to another email. Am too OLD to have to reset password every time you insist verify by email. Ridiculous.
    Like Yahoo, but require email to verify an email is TOO MUCH 😒
    Each email has a password, TOO. Cell phone just rings 🎶😁

  2. I don't know why I have to log in nearly every week. It used to be so easy to see my team!

    Make it so we don't have to sign in so often. In the past, I was simply able to sign in and see my team. Now it takes an extra 5 minutes every other week. And why do I have to change my password so often?

  12. How about secret security questions with answers - why is that no longer an option - used to be

    You used to be able to set up secret security questions iwth answers as a way of validating yourself - what is that no longer an option. Not everyone is technologically advanced to have the other options, especially if you do not have a smart phone.

  20. what happened to the main screen layout?

    the main Yahoo screen has been significantly changed as of 2/15/24. It now looks like every other news site and has a major reduction in available information. I can't scroll down through the stories. This change has significantly hampered my ability to use the site
