  2. You can improve by being LESS like Comcast, instead of becoming MORE like Comcast.

    I just realized that I have been paying $5/month for Yahoo, instead of the $35/year that is occasionally advertised. When I called about this, I was told that the $35 is not available to me, even though I have been a Yahoo member since the very beginning, and have been paying for it since Yahoo started to charge for the service.

    The person I talked to said that it might be possible to work something out, if I started to subscribe to a "package", and at that point I told him to stop. I do not want to open any…

    I am disappointed about the loss of RSS and the my.yahoo.com home page. I will be finding a new RSS reader. I enjoyed using my.yahoo.com and do miss it.

    Unable to generate a app password. One created long back was working till now, but with changes made in application , i forgot the password. Now new one is not getting generated. Error popup as "Sorry this feature is not available at present"

  10. Ability to change my birth 'date'.

    I need, or should, change my birth date, it's wrong. I obviously haven't looked at my profile on this site since I entered it. Had some time, noticed that the date was wrong. But that's the only thing on here I can't change.
    Why not?
    If it's no big deal, no worries.
    But please text/email me with the answer...leave it, or change it?
    Do I really need to change or not?
    Instructions on how to do the change.

    I have been trying to generate an app password for Outlook Desktop but there is no drop down for apps and when I manually enter Outlook Desktop I get the message:

    Sorry, this feature is not available at present.

    This is fine but I have been trying now for 2 days and still no joy.
