  1. Fix technical support - it is atrociously bad

    I paid for technical support and called in to recover missing folders from Yahoo mail. Before calling, I tried accessing my Yahoo mail account via Mac and Windows 11 laptops and trying 3 different internet browsers (Chrome, Firefox, and Safari). Your paid tech support utterly failed. I cannot get my folders back that have been there for years. Way to ***** your customers.

    After contacting Amazon regarding my Fire 10 device with problems regarding the Yahoo comment section, I was asked to contact Yahoo about this. The problem began with the last update to Kindle devices on June 14, 2023.

    I can read, scroll and rate comments on my Fire HD 10 device, but I cannot make comments. When I tap on the comment box or the reply button, I find myself back at the top of the page.
