  2. I find it to be absolutely ridiculous that you have to pay someone to update your password if you lose access to your phone number.

    I had the two factor authentication set up but I'd lost access to my phone number I'd set it up with. I did not know that that meant I'd have to pay a ridiculous fee to have help with it. I would've done it myself because I do have access to the other email I used but it wouldn't let me reset the password on my own. It sent me to this free article section (which is full of useless articles, none of which help you regain access to your account) or you had the option to call the paid…

  6. Get your Locations a bit closer

    Get locations closer to my location. I’m pretty sure my device was listed in wrong city but my network or device was correct device #. I’ve been changing password every single time but wouldn’t have to if you could get your locations right. The one listed was/is nearly 200+ miles away.

    how on earth do i change security questions?? + if you say password is 'weak' then tell what needs to be changed.... not just have us guess what your requirements are... also, i was signed in when i clicked give feedback - why do i need to sign in again on this page??? you guys really seem to be going downhill...

  15. Yahoo has stopped recognizing passwords. I've changed my password twice now and it won't recognize the password. I keep having to change it

    I should not have to redo my password every time I sign in. This is an irritating bug and it needs to be fixed!

  16. impossible to discover where to change password - especially on mobile.

    You press your profile account profile. An option to change your password should be right there. I tried for 10 minutes to find it in your mobile app. Found it after 5 minutes on the webapp. Oh and I am in IT..
