Your systems give invalid phone format for Lithuania. Ages ago, i have verified it. Now, your systems send messages to non-existent phone numbers. For some reason, it add not only a country code, but also the number "8" that is used ONLY in the country itself. Nope, this is not how phone numbers work. I checked, and my phone is registered on my account correctly. Yet, your systems add additional numbers on their own. If I get locked out of the account, I won't ever be able to get it back as messages would be sent to non-existent phone-numbers.

Old email address can't be removed from security/recovery options
Can't remove old, obsolete (10+ years), email address, or stop it being used for account verification.
I do not have access to this address, others may do.
It listed is under Recovery Email Addresses with a note saying it's my 'Yahoo Account Username'. It is not a Yahoo account or my username/address/login. The only place I can find it referenced is under recovery email which needs to be removed.272nd ranked -

New Computer Forces 2-Step Authentication
When you log in to your Yahoo account on a new computer, it forces to verify your identity through an email or a text; EVEN if you have 2-Step authentication turned off. There should be an option to not require additional verification on a new computer. I have to use the library's computer, so it is always a new computer, and do not always have my cell phone on me. Why do you require 2 phone numbers and an email address for 2-step verification? I REALLY don't want to give you that much information that can be stolen in a data breach and then sold on the dark web! That's ridiculous. There's NO WAY Yahoo needs THAT much information just to add 2-step verification. A phone number or a single email address is enough!
