  2. Default language is english but keeps showing in local language not ENGLISH.

    Fix whatever the problem is. All defaults set to US English. I don't speak Spanish. Though I am learning. Webpages need to be in the language I set, not whatever they want. Google, Lycos, Dogpile, etc, don't have this problem, only Yahoo in all browsers such as firefox, chrome or edge. Its a browsers issue, not a computer or website issue.

  3. Cloud Drive

    Dear Yahoo Team,
    Please introduced your cloud drive so we can't depend on google drive, every time I need to send large files via email then I have to use google drive and then paste the link of google drive into Yahoo email. Please Introduced this service; give 20GB at least so we can save our files and documents in our own Yahoo account like Google. This would be helpful for all Yahoo email holders and for the Yahoo brand. Regards

    You guys should remove the comment section it’s sooo racist and hateful, homophobic and toxic . I cannot believe you guys permit such mean and dangerous things. You guy do not tolerate certain words but one does not need to use offensive words to describe an idea . Ok one cannot say the N word but one can say “ that ape is a dirty criminal “ and it’s the exact same thing.

  5. Either fix the app password generator or eliminate the feature from the account security interface

    The app password generator is essential to access Yahoo email from Microsoft Outlook. But the app password generator has been non-functional for months. The Yahoo account security web interface should reflect this, and stop giving false hope to myself and other Outlook users.

    My date of birth is correct in my account as Oct. 11, XXXX, but Yahoo displays it as Oct. 10, XXXX. Why?

  9. yahoo blocking me from comments.

    why does yahoo support Russian bots, trolls and social media agents, but block legitimate users. Some of the comments by the Russian social media supporters are horrendous, but Yahoo allows them to make this horrible comment. I counter these comments by calling them out at Russian social media agents, and I get FOREVER blocked by Yahoo. The only conclusion I can come to is that Yahoo has Russian agents actually working for it.

  10. I decided to use Yahoo two-step verification.

    I signed up for two-step ID. Yahoo gave a notify your Iphone? option. But it never notified me. Then there was at the bottom in blue "I need more options". After clicking that for the last month or two it allowed me to id my phone and Yahoo sent me the code. Today the additional options is replaced with go to help. I was finally given the option of a qr code. In trying that it failed. So I was able to use my backup (non-Yahoo) email go in and "upgraded" my account to no longer use two-step id!

  16. Generate app password, feature is not working, when it will be fixed...

    I have been trying to generate an app password for Outlook Desktop but there is no drop down for apps and when I manually enter Outlook Desktop I get the message:

    Sorry, this feature is not available at present.

    This is fine but I have been trying now for 2 days and still no joy.
