    my personal account i used it from many years i forget their password now not able to take back that account due to this problem my facebook id was also blocked because facebook have to verify it through yahoo and currently they have stopeed the services of ymail in pakistan

  3. My name is written incorrectly, and I'm unable to change it.

    Many years ago when typing my name into my Yahoo account, I made a small mistake, and there has been no way to fix it! It's embarrassing when I send emails, and it appears as if I write my own name incorrectly.

  5. the 2 step verification is not the best in all casses.! I am having phone network issues and so sending a code to my phone was not real op

    **** this *!!!! all big tech is fallowing google with no customer service and lame self help menu that hardly ever fit my problem. Dam google is not pure evil, do not fallow their *. Just because google gets away with it doesn't mean its a good idea

  7. Do not make email address the unchangeable user name

    My account user name turns out to be an email account that I closed years ago. Now I can't delete the email address that I no longer have access to because Yahoo made it my unchangeable account user name. Did it not occur to Yahoo that people need to change email address for reasons like no longer owning that email address?

  11. Allow 'Device Codes' to be edited, so that its more meaningful. No idea what the codes are, or where to look for them.

    The 6 letter codes mean nothing to me, and I suspect belong to old tec that I have disposed of. How do I add a NEW tablet or laptop?

  12. Yahoo flagging suspicious activity when there isn't any

    3 days in a row yahoo isn't letting me log in because of suspicious activity detected by Yahoo, yet there is absolutely nothing suspicious logged in activity. It's getting old logging into a different email just to get a login code for yahoo mail.

  13. Why is my Yahoo email in Spanish when my language preference is clearly English

    For months now my email converts to Spanish even though my preference is marked as English. Every now and then I get a google pop up that says always translate Spanish to Engisl but it doesn't work on the labels.

  15. USE alias for PUBLIC DISPLAY, rather than your actual name, to avoid HACKING.

    SEcurity AND privacy. Let's try and make it a bit more difficult for hackers, anyway.

  16. I would like to use my 3 E-Mail accounts with Microsoft Outlook 365. The third party password generator seems not to work.

  17. Notification settings when you go to add a phone it does not allow you to actually add a phone. It would be great to be able to do that.

    I had to call to get someone to tell me to sign in in on the website on my phone because the app was asking me to accept all cookies but that is not possible on the app. Also the phone model was wrong when I tried to verify my account and there were not written instructions on how to solve that issue

  20. i had 2 accounts merged into 1. primary and secondary. one is made and alias now.

    I would like them to get separated. which on chat i was told is not possible. as they were 2 independent accounts before. and now one is categorised as alias.
