    Can you sort this out please -- ridiculous its still not fixed. Why on earth I have to re-generate a password anyway. Always had issues with this password process as it seems to want a new password ever now and then -- Its a pain in the neck !! Please sort it out yahoo... where is the feedback from yourselves.. ?

  7. Let me enter weather locations and keep them in the order I selected. I only live in one city in AZ, I don't want a tour of the state.

    how about allowing users to have a consistent home page without a big ad taking up the 2 inches of vertical monitor space or, if you must have the add, show it ONCE per logon session

    my personal account i used it from many years i forget their password now not able to take back that account due to this problem my facebook id was also blocked because facebook have to verify it through yahoo and currently they have stopeed the services of ymail in pakistan

    Many years ago when typing my name into my Yahoo account, I made a small mistake, and there has been no way to fix it! It's embarrassing when I send emails, and it appears as if I write my own name incorrectly.

  14. the 2 step verification is not the best in all casses.! I am having phone network issues and so sending a code to my phone was not real op

    **** this *!!!! all big tech is fallowing google with no customer service and lame self help menu that hardly ever fit my problem. Dam google is not pure evil, do not fallow their *. Just because google gets away with it doesn't mean its a good idea

  16. Do not make email address the unchangeable user name

    My account user name turns out to be an email account that I closed years ago. Now I can't delete the email address that I no longer have access to because Yahoo made it my unchangeable account user name. Did it not occur to Yahoo that people need to change email address for reasons like no longer owning that email address?

  20. Allow 'Device Codes' to be edited, so that its more meaningful. No idea what the codes are, or where to look for them.

    The 6 letter codes mean nothing to me, and I suspect belong to old tec that I have disposed of. How do I add a NEW tablet or laptop?
