  4. Before you make changes on MEMBER'S you should give them warning something is about to change

    you should not tamper with the services the customer uses before warning them of something you think is going to enhance our experience as often it doesn't

  10. NOTIFICATION

    YAHOO notified me that my yahoo account had been hacked and you provided the dates/times/places and IP numbers of the hackers. (They evidently entered via my yahoo e-mail address and did a lot of damage to my files!) I appreciate your notification. However, I have no idea what to do with those IP addresses and the dates/times/locations where those hackers entered my files. It would be very helpful if you advised the necessary actions I could/should take.

  11. Allow us to enter "HOME" or current position. Yahoo keeps changing to a location I've never visited adn this makes me upset and mad.

    Last week or so, trash email from dipshit email addresses, local dating, adult hookup sites, secret adult community.
    200 to 300 emails of this garbage in my spam a day, now creeping in my in box, and enough is enough.

  19. Improving community forum moderation

    While the tool to send reports on offensive and harmful posts across the socio-political spectrum is ok, moderation and abstinence rules need work. See suggestions below:

    1) Base censorship on REVIEW, not reporting.
    2) Base timeouts on TIME, not reporting
    3) Shorten timeout limits

    Venerable Yahoo can well afford to do better than Newsmax and Twitter. Paying customers deserve competent service. Please be what you claim to be.
