  2. I changed my phone but not my number. Uh-oh something is wrong. Correct this please

    Only my phone has changed, The number is still the same but every time I try to use 2PA I get the message:" UH-oh, something has gone wrong." Fix this ASAP. I am FED UP with 2PA.

  5. Why I can't the previous password?

    I don't care what rules you set. I want to use the previous password anyway. It's my account, so I can set my password in any combination.
    I don't know who thought this unacceptable idea. We can accept the suggestion or not. However, I can't use a password that I can remember. I have to change a password anyway, so it can pass the authorized. I don't want to do like this

  8. I need to delete the list of blocked addresses. All 967 addresses have been recycled so this list is moot

    Your "blocked" list is useless. All the spam companies have been allowed to function with new addresses by you. I refuse to pay for a "service" that provides nothing to add more spam companies to this "blocked" list. Your filter doesn't function either.

  9. Finger print/Facial Recognition Feature

    The facial recognition and/or fingerprint feature worked for about a week and hasn’t since. Error message pops up. After months of trying, I deleted it. And I’ve not changed my looks nor hairstyle.
