2. Backup security emails

   I have ie, blahblah@yahoo.com and my backup is blahblah@comcast.net. Yahoo would not recognize them as having different suffixes (Yahoo and comcast.net). It would not allow me to put it in but a Yahoo tech put secondary in. Then began the month i couldn't get in and spent hours and hours on the phone. I'm a grateful person but I guess they couldn't figure it out .. 2 techs hung up on me. I figured it out and called back and asked them to delete secondary that was causing so much problems. I got a gmail.com account and called Yahoo, who had NOT deleted the one that was blocking me out, and asked them to delete the secondary acct that the system recognized as a duplicate email address .. and added my Gmail acct instead.

3. The new improvements don't show the profit/loss on the lots table

   The new improvements don't display the loss/profit value for each lot I own for a stock. Instead, they only show the profit percentage for each lot, rendering the table useless. Please reinstate the feature that indicates the profit for each lot in dollars or pounds. Thank you

   Leave physical passcode keys, sure it costs the consumer more because your paying for a more secure system / wallet / banking system. I would not trust my retirement information or Investment information to any
   "Finance website" that utilzes a Cloud passwords aquirement system, an SMS system, an Email verification system or any 2 step verification system that can be defeated with a cloned phone, Sim card
   swapping, randsomware, trogans, malware, fake apps or cloned webpages like yours for instance. Your Bankers for Gods sake you know better, ignorance
   pf the obvious may not always prevent a court from siding with the clients and forcing you to repay the
   Losses threw the FCC Banking insurance system.

11. I would like the list of people who thought it was OK to try and still my life and turn it into a game.

    Four years ago, I was informed that I was making a digital tune with my hands on the back of my phone. They figured it out when was fighting for my life against people who were paying people to hack into my accounts and planting viruses. Now it's tune out that they have been that in my life for a lot longer than I had expected and started some type of game. Anything from trivia , an ad champaign that was being done on Facebook for money that was coming out of an account that I still don't know the facts. I'm linked in with AOL and Microsoft you and Apple and Google. I don't know how this happened but this data that there getting is all wrong. You can't try to teach someone and be taking knowledge at the same time. They the technology may be wonderful if they would have known how to use use it but they didn't have one thing in there algorithm or plan. God took my worry and stress and cleared a path for me and it's stopped this hole little thing that you have going on in its tracks. I want walk another day in a path that you have laid out. If you're a person who has any faith you will let me come in and let's talk about your future in my life. I can give you so much more because you just didn't know how to use it. I think it would be in both of our best interests and the possibilities are endless. Please let this happen because I've made a decision. It's all or nothing for me because that's going to be between me and God.

13. My life is in danger.

    I would like to get to work at KDFC Sunnyvale for all my troubles. This has been more than any other of you will ever know. And to use the one thing that got me through most of all the problems I've ever dealt with was a pretty low blow. Music and Movies have been my only way out for so long and was only escape. To know this generation didn't realize it but it's not there fault. They should have never had the opportunity to get in to such a inhumane act that's been like no other. Every battle for civil rights so far has been against a group or ethically motivated. Never have I ever seen so many influential people be apart of something so petty. If you think my life is less then yous and doesn't deserve the one right we have when we're born, come see me. At least I could face you and have a fighting chance.

15. Do the things user tell/ask you to do! Respond to our complaints, not blow us off.

    I just had a 20 minute convo with Sia in Yahoo CS. She was fabulous, but defenseless against my anger at Yahoo's Lazy, Lax, Inattentive and Unresponsive actions to its members. My issue for > 1 year has been that every time I call Yahoo, the rep tells me my account is "Inaccessible," but NO ONE AT ANY LEVEL of Yahoo can tell me why? I have 247,000 emails in my Yahoo Inbox, so to have many, many reps on CS tell me my account is "inaccessible" simply doesn't compute. They work on the MOTHER SHIP for the love of Christ and all that is holy! Sure, I'll never read 247,000 emails...but they do seem to prove that I've been a Yahoo Mail user for quite a few years. As such, someone, and probably Everyone, at Yahoo CS SHOULD be able to get into my account to help me with whatever my issue du jour is. Further, I signed onto Yahoo+ at some point, but Yahoo STILL badgers me via its marketing department to "JOIN YAHOO+..." I don't believe I ever cancelled Yahoo+, but if I did and forgot, then shame on me. The front line folks on Yahoo CS are almost universally fine, just as Sia was tonight....It's the Higher Ups who are calcified in their belief that Yahoo is Perfect, has NO problems etc, so they see no reason to FIX THE PROBLEMS that we, their users, have no trouble finding! It's a pretty *-poor approach to interactions with their users who, we must rush to acknowledge again, ARE getting Yahoo for free. If the higher ups think that because Yahoo is free, any obligation to make the platform work is removed, they're WAY WAY WAY *WRONG!! Thanks for your attention...and I hope your experiences with Yahoo CS are better than mine have been. Cheers.
