THE PERSON TALKED OVER THE TOP OF ME. I ASKED TO TALK TO A SUPERVISOR... HE SAID NO BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT VERIFY ME. I TOLD HIM TO GET A SUPERVISOR ON THE LINE IMMEDIATELY. HE BALKED. THEN TOLD ME HE WOULD ASK HIS SUPERVISOR TO TALK WITH ME & PLACED…

    My email addresses are there BUT ..
    I DO NOT USE CAPITAL LETTERS FOR MY CCOUNTS AND THE LAST 2 DAYS EMAILS ARE MISSING !

  9. Cannot change password! Not happy! You boffins are making yahoo mail hard to use!

    Make it easier to change passwords!
    Impossible to change password and cannot get human help outside US!
    Terrible service! I am close to abandoning Yahoo Mail. My contact emails do no longer work with Yahoo Mail for some reason! Very faarking difficult!

  11. Let us go into our bloody emails without pop-up ******** you want to push!! I want to adjust my account settings and fix other things.

    Like everybody else, I want to sign in and check my emails, send emails, adjust my account details without be interrupted by bloody pop-ups regarding security and trying to stuff us around.
    You're getting worse every day with your ********.
    The only people who really benefit from scams and rip-offs are you guys with the big companies.

  12. Bring back the stationery feature! (Paperless Post)

    Yahoo's email stationery (Paperless Post) was wonderful to enhance and personalize emails. Please bring it back! And have the courtesy to communicate with your subscribers before/when you make a change. I had to do an online search about it when I discovered the icon was missing at the bottom of the email. You could at least have sent us all a notice that you were discontinuing it--basic courtesy, Yahoo. Supposedly your reasoning (from my online search) was that it wasn't popular. Well, by killing it off you've now made sure it's not popular, since it can't be used, right? Shame…

  18. No Need for Severe Security

    Annoyed that the new account requires a phone number to approve. All previous emails created on any other platform do not do this and is a gross misconduct for you to generate more revenue by selling my information. Not impressed.
