  1. How about secret security questions with answers - why is that no longer an option - used to be

    You used to be able to set up secret security questions iwth answers as a way of validating yourself - what is that no longer an option. Not everyone is technologically advanced to have the other options, especially if you do not have a smart phone.

  3. Do NOT go to an email for verification. Go to cell phone number. NEVER email.

    Computer will not go from one email to another email. Am too OLD to have to reset password every time you insist verify by email. Ridiculous.
    Like Yahoo, but require email to verify an email is TOO MUCH 😒
    Each email has a password, TOO. Cell phone just rings 🎶😁

  4. Wrong location for weather in Yahoo!

    Yahoo! weather shows the forecast for Boston, hundreds of miles away and somewhere I have not been. I have never even been close to Boston. Under the forecast is an option to update locations but it takes me to where I can change my profile picture, birthdate, etc but location is not an option.

  6. Do like other websites and have security question(s) on file to ask if it's me. Get with the program!

  8. Make it less hackable

    Trying to print a document , Yahoo email sent a security code to a hacker. A phine ending in 29. Mine does not. Hackers in Yahoo email. Have stolen my shipping information. Sent messages pretending to be usps. Stating the package is undeliverable.In order to steal packages from my porch. Stop hacking. Why can't you?

  15. If my impostor has been put in check, then say let's *********. I found where my domain was created in 1993 . It's time!

    I have endured alot,i've done alot of reading ,looking ,and conplaining. But i just wanted the impostor removed and be included in what was happing to me .Instead ,i have been hacked ,sold, as well as blocked from all access after what appeared as clonning . In return , i been ask to leave platforms for things done that were not me . Left o clean up breeches that had no idea had happenedor where they were caused . So ,i done my best to inform those i could for best interest of us all .

  17. NZ User, Have lost many emails and there's no support available

    I am a user from New Zealand, many of my emails have been lost within a day and the worst thing is, I can't even get the support from yahoo team, even though i am willing to pay. Because I want to know how many emails have lost. Please revert if there is any way I can contact yahoo support team and get my emails back. it will be much appreciated. Thanks
