It is impossible to contact you. My Phone and Laptop was taken in a ARMED ROBBERY and i could not get hold of you. NO phone, NO email, NO helpdesk NO support.
Security is tight but humans need other options. especial in a third word country..... not that the rest of the world is save.

Let our customers change the recovery phone number sor email address without calling and paying your customer care that's an easy task to do
Let somebody change the recovery email or phone number you should not have to do that through the customer care and pay for it it can be verified very simply on their new phone number so I don't know why it's being charged this is unbelievable some people like me can't afford to pay customer care in my resume is on there and I'm trying to find a job and got laid off of my other one but you want to charge me to get into my Yahoo it's unbelievable and it's disgraceful

Allow us to change our email account. You have way too much IT knowledge for this to be a problem in today's world. Other people have similar problems. Maybe I should just let you send emails to my soon to be dead account. That will be a loss for both of us.

Please stop opening the security page everytime I log into my email. I click on the email button so I can be taken straight to my emails.
If you want to check someones security send a text message were we can say yes it is me or the same way the access key pops up. Have something like that pop up to check security. Because when I click the mail tab and put in my info. I want to be able to go straight to my email.
