Weather locator
I cannot make the weather location fix on where I live. I live in Melbourne Australia. 3182. My weather location is Pukapunyal Milpo, 125kms from Melbourne. I hold my mouse over the position, change to Melbourne, and it returns to Pukapunyal. Yahoo Customer Care tells me I need to 'suck it up'. So I have tried to get a response via here. Please help, this only occured within the past 7 days.

i keep getting "We can't sign you in right now" pop-up each time I try to sign into my Yahoo account. Then, it tells me to wait for 60 minutes before trying again.
I have changed my password twice and enabled 2-step verification, but the above keeps happening.
Tried getting help from Yahoo Help Central - Support, but it keeps looping back to the original page and does not work.

I just got my brand new smartphone. The worst app to set up is yahoo. Why would you just goa head and block my login attempt, telling me toe come back in an hour with the same device? It's a fantasy sports app, not an ebanking app - and even my ebanking apps are easier to set up. This is beyond ridiculous!1472nd ranked
