  2. Cant reactive closed email do to 2 step verification process

    I go through the steps 1 sign in to closed account 2 verify using sent code.3 then yahoo insists on sending 2nd code to a non active email account. when I press chose other option It won't allow me to do this

  7. stop making me sign in wit 2 party verification every 2 hours!! Yes my laptop is securely locked down. Deal with it

    There is no threat to my sign in process. I know that you hate to be unable to track me because I have my laptop locked down. Just deal with it and stop harrassing me whenever I attempt to sign in.

  8. Why is my account locked at times? I've done nothing wrong. I have to go though unnecessary steps to check my email. I'm not hacked!

    I've linked two yahoo accounts and provided a phone number, and still have to do back flips to access my accounts! There is no suspicious activity! It is me trying to access my accounts!

    yahoo mail sucks I use to like it but it requires me to sigh into another account 10 times I think the best thing is to have Yahoo ( Verizon) keep there account and move to my other account if they can"t leave me sign in without other sign ins

  15. Everytime i put in my pass word it tells me they 'want to make sure its me' and i have to get my phone and wait for a phone call with a 6 d

    For 3days I cant sign in unless i get my flip phone and receive a robo call with a 6 digit number. Each time i try to sign in I get this' unusual activity notice and they want to make sure its me' This wont end and is a pain **********. How do i stop this??

    TURN OFF "Find and remove unusual activity" cause every time I want to enter the yahoo email, I get the message "Find and remove unusual activity" send a CODE to recovery email or recovery phone.
    I have to enter the gmail before entering the yahoo email!!

  20. Account Activity - Connected Devices Flag

    I have noticed checked "Recent Activity" sidebar, then opened "Connected Devices" . . . and was surprised to find my web browser was listed and was still connected from about a week ago and also from two weeks ago, though I sign-out every time after use.

    May I dare suggest to Yahoo a couple solutions:

    • A Red Flag Notification pops up to advice when my device/browser is still connected after say a period of 12 or 24 hours.

    • Automatically sign-out of a User's Account after 12 or 24 hours to preclude the User's web browser from remaining connected…
