  3. Picture ID... Please

    I can't get to Yahoo without a "Hello" ... obviously there is more you can do. I don't use a phone for my email... it is not necessary for me. If you're ever at an impasse, the phone for a second verification is fine...

  4. NOT deleting app passwords and disallow creation of new ones

    If you demand a special password app to access mail with a stand alone program, DON'T delete the password and then disable the password generator.

  5. Why do you require 2 phone numbers and an email address?

    Why do you require 2 phone numbers and an email address for 2-step verification? I REALLY don't want to give you that much information that can be stolen in a data breach and then sold on the dark web! That's ridiculous. There's NO WAY Yahoo needs THAT much information just to add 2-step verification. A phone number or a single email address is enough!

  8. Fix technical support - it is atrociously bad

    I paid for technical support and called in to recover missing folders from Yahoo mail. Before calling, I tried accessing my Yahoo mail account via Mac and Windows 11 laptops and trying 3 different internet browsers (Chrome, Firefox, and Safari). Your paid tech support utterly failed. I cannot get my folders back that have been there for years. Way to ***** your customers.

  12. inbox email font size

    The font size of our incoming email (inbox) is too small to read comfortably. (This is NOT true when accessing our email on our devices.) Trying to get help correcting this problem - thru your Help link - addresses only "writing (outgoing) emails." How can we increase the font size of entries in our inbox ON OUR DESKTOP?

  13. can't find or change option for time zone in, online help has wrong info

    Maybe it's time for a class action lawsuit against Yahoo like the data breach? No option to change time zone in mail even though the correct time zone is listed within Yahoo calendar. What a mess Yahoo has become.
