  1. i had 2 accounts merged into 1. primary and secondary. one is made and alias now.

    I would like them to get separated. which on chat i was told is not possible. as they were 2 independent accounts before. and now one is categorised as alias.

  11. Two Factor Authentication

    I am currently - for a while - unable to receive texts on my cell phone. The carrier and others are unable to help and not sure why. It would be nice if there was an option to receive a phone call with the security code for two-factor authentication as well; like Google provides.

  13. Don’t ask me to share my profile info. I have been fine with using yahoo for 12 years now and I like my privacy.

    I just want to log in and view my email. Why can I not skip over the function and update asking for my profile picture. This is ridiculous. It’s not Facebook or Twitter. I am using my email for business or personal but I don’t want people seeing my face. I definitely have not changed my language so just the leave account as is.

  14. Unwanted change of language

    My account is set up for English but every time I travel to Puerto Rico it's change to Spanish and I don't find how to change it back to English. The worst thing is that doesn't show local News, and the News that shows are from another countries and nothing interesting.
