  3. Let me enter weather locations and keep them in the order I selected. I only live in one city in AZ, I don't want a tour of the state.

    how about allowing users to have a consistent home page without a big ad taking up the 2 inches of vertical monitor space or, if you must have the add, show it ONCE per logon session

  8. the 2 step verification is not the best in all casses.! I am having phone network issues and so sending a code to my phone was not real op

    **** this *!!!! all big tech is fallowing google with no customer service and lame self help menu that hardly ever fit my problem. Dam google is not pure evil, do not fallow their *. Just because google gets away with it doesn't mean its a good idea

  9. Two step verification is flawed

    This morning I lost my cell phone. Because the only options for logging into Yahoo with two-step verification is through the cell phone or another email, I was stuck, because I did not have my phone and could not log into my email accounts. It was a catch-22. There should also be an option for answering security questions or something like that. For now, I've turned off two-step verification.

  10. Stop Fraudulent Renewal Practices

    I canceled my pro account and turned off auto renewal yet was still charged. I hated Yahoo mail while I used it and now i hate the entire company.

  11. Yahoo keeps changing the language on your home page to German.

    My preferred language should not change on its own. I see that I am not the only person with this problem. Something is wrong with the Yahoo site and should be fixed.

  15. Change default delivery method from email to phone for MFA

    As a default, the MFA automatically sends the code to an email and I want it to go as a text first as this is more secure than email.

  16. Allow 'Device Codes' to be edited, so that its more meaningful. No idea what the codes are, or where to look for them.

    The 6 letter codes mean nothing to me, and I suspect belong to old tec that I have disposed of. How do I add a NEW tablet or laptop?

  17. Go back to old mail display I cant READ MY EMAILS but for Adverts Really Yahoo?

    I thought the idea of my 25 years old Yahoo mail was to be able to see my mail and read it and respond to it ?
    I can't do nothing of the sort but for Adverts left right and centre please go back to the old mail display !

  18. fix weather app

    When opening my yahoo, The weather section always shows me living in Texarkana Arkansas. I live in Payette Idaho. So why does it not default to this when the app on my PC is started? I change it manually every day but it reappears every day. A big annoyance!!!!

  19. Notification settings when you go to add a phone it does not allow you to actually add a phone. It would be great to be able to do that.

    I had to call to get someone to tell me to sign in in on the website on my phone because the app was asking me to accept all cookies but that is not possible on the app. Also the phone model was wrong when I tried to verify my account and there were not written instructions on how to solve that issue
