    your weather location is inaccurate. Also, the previous weather allowed me to easily access other locactions but now I have to go to the drop box and scroll down.

  3. Two Factor Authentication

    I am currently - for a while - unable to receive texts on my cell phone. The carrier and others are unable to help and not sure why. It would be nice if there was an option to receive a phone call with the security code for two-factor authentication as well; like Google provides.

  5. Don’t ask me to share my profile info. I have been fine with using yahoo for 12 years now and I like my privacy.

    I just want to log in and view my email. Why can I not skip over the function and update asking for my profile picture. This is ridiculous. It’s not Facebook or Twitter. I am using my email for business or personal but I don’t want people seeing my face. I definitely have not changed my language so just the leave account as is.

  6. Unwanted change of language

    My account is set up for English but every time I travel to Puerto Rico it's change to Spanish and I don't find how to change it back to English. The worst thing is that doesn't show local News, and the News that shows are from another countries and nothing interesting.

    2 step authentication is preventing Yahoo mail from working on iPhone. When I turn it off from my PC, it works again on iPhone. Suggest you fix this!

    2 factor sign in is stupid and wastes my time. I want to disable it. My computer remembers my log- ins but your stupid verification makes that mute. 2 factor was forced on me, I Don't Want IT!

  19. allow the 2 step verification to access locked account. I lost my Lainy61 account because i changed my phone number, but 2step verify failed

    when I attempted to access my account , I wasnt given ability to use 2 step verification from a google account. Make it easier to verify, because there is no way to get Yahoo assistance without paying for it.
