  2. Make Customer Support accessible a) in the UK and b) without subscription

    When my account is closed without notification I would like to be able to contact someone to resolve it rather than be told:
    a) I need to pay for Yahoo Plus to get customer support
    b) then being told it's not available in my country

  10. My sent emails from March 2021 to December 2022 are missing, and Yahoo will not help restore them.

    Go into the server, locate my missing emails and restore them to my account. I have been a Yahoo account holder since 1997. I have emails dating back almost 2 decades. I wouldn't mind if an email from 2009 was missing-- but 2021 and 2022 are "recent". I am very upset

Perhaps it would be useful to return to this feature?As it is, earlier poor choices remain tacked forever to all email exchanges within the best email system out there, far exceeding Gmail.     Tolerance of everyone. I guess it's too much to ask in this age of censorship. You can ban me. But you won't shut me up. You can't even ask an honest question anymore. There are no sharing of ideas. Only the approved narrative. I suppose I can still use your email. That's all you are worth.

  20. Password problem. Same password, saved to computer, never correct. Fix the problem.

    I have my password saved to my computer and every time I go to sign in, incorrect password, send info to sign in to this email. What a pain in the butt. Also will not synch with Facebook anymore. Such a pain in the butt.
