  3. Recently every log into Yahoo using different device my saved password is rejected: had to use mobile phone OTP to reset. Nuisance!

    Update your system to avoid this! It is getting really cumbersome!

    Why do you have to make the whole process of accessing emails from a 3rd party client so annoying? Please don't give us some rubbish about security you have it all the way up my wazoo. How about trying to attract new customers with your own third-party app with features that work and make life simple? In this day and age, people need more than one address your attitude does you no favors and makes life very complicated. I just hate all your products out of principle why not change your business modus operandi and actually make things that help…

    It is inserting a reply-to field already filled in with my yahoo e-mail address and I cannot delete or change it instead I follow the steps described in Help.

    When my account is closed without notification I would like to be able to contact someone to resolve it rather than be told:

  17. My sent emails from March 2021 to December 2022 are missing, and Yahoo will not help restore them.

    Go into the server, locate my missing emails and restore them to my account. I have been a Yahoo account holder since 1997. I have emails dating back almost 2 decades. I wouldn't mind if an email from 2009 was missing-- but 2021 and 2022 are "recent". I am very upset
