  3. Cannot use outlook app password cannot be revoked.

    There is no way to revoke an app password. and to generate on comes back as error. Unable to use outlook now.

  6. for people with 2 phone numbers you should allow account security code to be sent to both numbers. I have 2 different services for my work

    for account security you should allow 2 phone numbers to be entered. I have 2 different cell companies because sometimes we dont get service on one but we do on the other. I travel and need access to both numbers. Allowing 2 phone numbers to be sent the code would allow access to emails anytime.

  11. again! i have an apple ipad at home and i use the local library here - you continually lock me out because you think the library pc is hack

    stop locking me out when I use the local library pc instead of my home ipad - also, I don't have a smart phone so can't get your verification code because I can't log on to the pc; ie, catch 22

  20. I lost ALL my information and am now treaterd as a new customer. How do I close this piece of **** you just created?

    CLOSE MY ACCOUNT SINCE ALL THE INFORMATION IS NOW GONE THANKS TO NOT BEING ABLE TO LOG IN AND ONLY HAVING 60 SECONDS TO POST A VERIFICATION CODE SENT TO MY EMAIL IT MAY TAKE AN HOUR OR MORE TO GET THE DAMNED EMAIL.
