    Why, as a subscriber, don't I get better support when I've got a problem? 99.99% of the time, Yahoo is brilliant, but when you have a problem, it's dire. I had to turn to Goggle to get an answer. Surely that bothers you?

  10. Better support for subscribers

    I have just spent over an hour trying to get outlook to read my yahoo emails, something that its done for many years. There was no solution on Yahoo, so I turned to Google where it says two way authentication is needed. As a subscriber to Yahoo, I expect BETTER support.

    Stop treating robust dialogue like it's delicate china. We won't break, I promise you. I have expressed very fair and reasonable views in a polite and mature way that have been rejected because somebody's "self-esteem" might be offended. ****. Please, we're grownups.
