Profile Photo issue
I've updated my profile photo years ago which I thought was successful. Recently I have found out that the recipient can only see the old and not the new photo. I spoke with many different yahoo representatives and no one was able to fix the issue. I am very close to deleting my yahoo email altogether!

Improve SPAM blocking with small change
I can't block any more spam senders because I have reached the limit. If you have to cap the number, make an option so that the user can overwrite the oldest ones used, so that the 1000 (or whatever the limit is0 is the 1000 most recently used spam addresses.
Also, the only way i can delete them is one at a time, and there is no option to sort them based on when they were entered. Allowing editing with sorting based on date entered, date last matched, or alpha, and allowing multiples (all, none, multiple check boxes) would be…

Not receiving SMS verification codes for Yahoo Mail accounts in the Philippines
We aren't receiving SMS verification codes for my yahoo mail phone number and for my dad's yahoo mail phone number. It appears to be a problem with Globe Telecom in the Philippines. Can you not call the numbers instead?

spam filtering not working in yahoo mail
for the last few weeks, spam filtering has stopped working, this after decades of working fine (i've had a yahoo! mail account since the early 2000s). for the 2nd time in so many weeks, because the current incarnation of the web interface to the e-mail system can be behaving erratically, I've had a spam open, which means i've activated God knows how many web-bugs and potentially hostile scripts. hopefully my browser extensions limited the damage -- as far as i know.

Secure DNS and non-https sites handling user information
While setting account preferences, this page, https://yahoo.mydashboard.oath.com/?lang=en-US&bucket=pd_2 , is not secured, as my HTTPS-Only settings, a more common default browser setting for secured domains, alerted me. I had to use the browser back arrow to get back to the yahoo screen. Yahoo seems to have more times when the server becomes unresponsive, giving an "OH! I can't access that. Try later". To not have yahoo.mydashboard.oath.com configured with SSL certificates in the handling of secure-server information truly disappoints

Stop harassing me.
Ever since you have launched your paid advice/help campaegin I have been receiving more and more fraud emails in my in box, not spam. These emails say, I won something, or say that my pay pal has been charged thousands of dollars for computer and other expensive items! I have sent dozens of these to spam. Sometimes the more catagory for spam lets me block the sender and other times not, just click spam. I find this to be a major secruity issue that yahoo has control over. Stop the fraud!

Simply citing a rejected comment as 'violates community Guideline" does nothing to help someone fix their "Problem"...
