4. Need to change address!

   Every time I go to look up where some place is using the maps, they never use my current address, right now it has me at an old address, and I can't find a way to change it or to just tell Yahoo to search by my current location!

   If there is a way, Yahoo needs to make it a lot easier to find! I mean I got to Personal Information and there is nothing to change your address at all!

   But when using the map, there is also nothing to let you have the map use your current location, not that I could find!

   forgot my password variation, couldn't get into my account, thought id lost if forever. Wasn't accepting past password logins, and when it said it would send a recovery email to another email account IT ******* DIDN'T!!! I tried this, god, like 20 ******* times? Wasn't going. And this was a google email address not some weird email with strange protocols. I tried contacting customer support and finding out you would charge me for that ******* ******** to even remotely having a chance of getting it resolved.

   My life is dependent on me reliably getting access to information that is sent to me through email addresses. You might be able to understand why I was a little ******* ticked off by this frankly incompetent recovery process and no access to support. Sure it works most of the time, but when it doesn't and there are no other options its a ******* problem.

   Now im having an issue where I cannot find a way to change my recovery email address because I DO NOT want that **** happening again. Frankly after this, im going to be changing all my email requirements elsewhere, forever. I should have done it a few years back when you thought it was acceptable as a company to allow employees to read emails and to give user data to other companies for a profit, which is dispicable immoral behavior.

13. get rid of workers who are not customer representatives

    the worker on june 13, 2022 12pm was not working as a customer representative. Her manners was not what i expected, told me to behave the way she wanted when I am allowed emotions as a customer. She said her name was Lin, there's a chance she was nnot telling the truth. She told me to call the finance team to delete that feature off my account. it's the main account of yahoo that click easily to add a feature. She was not helping me. She did not say what saw on the monitor either. i wanted the manager, she wouldn't let me have access to her or him. i said i worked at call center, and i as customer is allowed to talk to manager. she should work some where else, she is not a customer representative for me for sure. after i told her, i worked at call center, she said she'll go get manager.
