    I keep getting spam emails. I click on the unsubscribe link, I mark it as junk and I even block the sender and the same emails keep coming through daily.

  10. device notification

    I cannot toggle my old phone off in device notification. I'm not sure why it got added in the first place. My new phone is also added there. There is no way to toggle either the new or old phone (the toggle doesn't work).

    I am planning to give my old device away, but this is giving me concerns that the other device may still be able to access or influence my Yahoo email account.

  12. My account were logged by unknown/unidentified oversea devices.

    Recently, I found my account was logged in by some stranger devices from oversea which are unknown and unidentified. Although, I have changed password few times but they still logged in my account? Appreciated to your support and advise what should we do better to protect account?????

    I have opened my account after a long gap and founf no emails in the mailbox. I do not remember deleting them and did not get any warning about clearing it. Could I get any explanation about it?

  20. cannot delete old recovery emails

    Seems, this problem is known at least since 2021 and yahoo is doing nothing about it. Problem is that I cannot delete the old recovery emails (at service that I don't have access to). Message I see:
