  2. YAHOO ADVANCED CHARTS period's data readability was correct on tooltip available before last update!

    When the cursor goes over each period, it's data (prices, volume and other indicators) are updated on the top left of the screen. BEfore the last update there was also available and option for tooltip with that same data.

    1. So that we can read that data fast, while keeping control on the mouse and on the graph evolution, data should be where our eyes are looking to, this is, on a tooltip over the period like it was before last update.

    2. For fast readability data should be all vertically aligned, not some horizontal other vertical. As it was on the…

  3. BUG: Advanced charts - select ticker not responding after selecting other tickers

    Steps to reproduce:

    1) open Advanced Charts from a stock detail page
    2) select another stock ticker from the right side portfolio pane
    3) try to select the same stock ticker from step #1 from the right side portfolio pane. It will not respond. Any other stock ticker works but not the original one from step #1.

  5. Bug Report

    Your new portfolio one line editing does not work. It will not let you enter a BUY and a SELL on the same date for a fund. You need to do this to record Fees and Contributions on the same date.

  6. Updates Suck!!!

    So now I can't see the how much the stocks are up or down and have to pay for that?!! I've used Yahoo Finance for about 25 years and I'm done with this ****** app and your paid advertisements.

  7. This site sucks now!! Quit making changes.

    Thanks for making this page unusable. Making it harder to administer is not an improvement. I HATE Yahoo more and more every change thats made.

  8. Go back to original yahoo finance

    Since the change the interface never worked properly. I complained many times. The pulldown menu for portfolio doesn't work.
    Clicking any stock results nothing. One has to enter in search to get details. Most of the times
    'Ooops , something wrong" message.

  10. when printing end of quarter numbers it cuts off the stock at the bottom of the page

    this new format sucks. you should fire all the programmers. go back to the old page.

  12. 5 day 4 hour chart isnt working

    Every other day different chart view doesn't work. Often it's the 5 day 4 hour view. Like today 3/31/25

  13. Allow merging of mulitple different portfolios

    People transfer portfolios from one brokerage to another for multiple reasons (poor interface, transfer bonus, etc.) such that it becomes necessary to merger portfolios in Yahoo Finance. It should be a relatively quick and easy addition (like one hour, two tops, of programming) to allow us to combine the holdings in multiple portfolios into one portfolio. Please add this ASAP

  17. YAHOO FINANCE ADVANCED CHARTS three buttons to reposition the chart

    YAHOO ADVANCED CHARTS

    Would be very useful a set of three buttons to instantly reposition the chart like this:

    . A button to left justify the current period, keeping the current expansion of the chart (justify near left, not totally left)

    . A button to center the hole session (ajusting the expansion to start the session near left and to finish ther sesion near right)

    . A button to right justify the current period, keeping the current expansion of the chart (justify near right, not totally right)

  18. YAHOO FINANCE ADVANCED CHART Top fixed tooltip of the period of current cursor position

    The top left fixed tooltip, showing data from the period where the cursor currently is, should be optional as it many times interferes with the chart readability.
    It could be an alternative choice to the previous floating tooltip with the same information, the one that now is no more available to activate in the settings and previously was.

  19. YAHOO FINANCE ADVANCED CHART

    YAHOO ADVANCED CHART to correct:

    1. The blue background for extended hours is including the last minute of the previous session and it shouldn't.

    2. The top screen real-time stock price isn't always consistent with the Y axis indication for the same value, and it should. This is really bad.

    3. The optional floating tooltip (of the period where the cursor is) is now missing, and it's a real miss.

  20. YAHOO FINANCE ADVANCED CHARTS good

    Very good:

    • The new blue background on extended hours is good.

    • The new way to expand/contract the chart, with two fingers on the mouse pad is much better than the plus and minus previous buttons!
