Thank you so much for letting us go back to the basic mail. I was so happy to find I could do this now. The new version was so difficult to use. I missed new emails because they were in gray and looked like they were already read. I have been using the basic email of Yahoo for 28 years now. I've been very happy with how easy it was to use and find things. I agree with a lot of the comments from others. Please let us use the one that has worked best for so long and let us chose which version we would like to use. Thanks again for letting me go back to the old email version. So much better !!

The new design of Yahoo mail is TERRIBLE! You cannot see all messages at the top of your Inbox if you aren't in full screen mode and the scrolling feature is difficult. The design makes it difficult to see what is read and what is unread. I honestly cannot see any positives to this upgrade.

Love the Old Classic Yahoo Mail!
Classic Mail is working great!!! Not sure why it needs an upgrade - the one that was there last week was very disfunctional - not sure how that ever passed into production. The framing and operability of this version is great, I can scroll the email list and not have to click buttons to go to the next page, and I don't have to scroll back to the top to see the control buttons. Same thing inside an email. I believe this older version uses Frames and it just works, looks fine and is simple. If I wanted GMail - I'd go to gmail..... but I like Yahoo. -

Has anyone found a way to go back? I click on emails and the feature to track and order magically pops right where I am clicking opening the tracking website and I can actually see the emails. The ability to display my unread messages is now hidden behind the "..." at the bottom. What was someone thinking to allow these changes all at once?!?!

+Old version was easier to navigated. Please do not fix something that is not broken. If you understand what I mean.

Why is the classic version still not an option? Emails are way too small, replying & forwarding emails make no sense.

Why can't you leave well along? The original was great now it's more time consuming and much harder just to view e-mails

I agree, this "upgrade" was the worst thing you could have done for mail. It was perfect the way it was, there was absolutely no need to change it, because now its just horrible.

If you don't go back to the original version quickly, I'll find a way to transfer everything to Gmail. This version is the most HORRIBLE I've ever seen. I can't even see my folders.

Hate the new changes. Quit letting kids try and make a name for themselves without giving us the option to keep what I've had for years. Not wanting to change completely to gmail, but that is becoming more of a viable option.

Ever since I was switched to the new version of yahoo mail (which I hate), each time I try to retrieve mail from my inbox I am directed not to my mail but to a message instructing me to either remove my ad blockers or subscribe to yahoo mail plus (for a fee) to remove ads. The instructions to remove ad blockers do not seem to work (at least for me). Any ideas?

I cannot go back and forth between Yahoo and my cox email. This is useless to me the way it is set up. I'm about to call cox and see what I can do. Please advise.
