TIPS:
Disable Inbox Categories (All, Primary, etc) - You can go back to having just ONE Inbox. Go to Settings > Inbox Categories.
Keep Folders Expanded - First expand left hand column by hovering on Inbox edge until you see Double Arrows. Then a drop down will show up next to Folders.
Bulk Delete - Click on a checkbox from your Inbox and a new checkbox will appear at the top. From there you can Select All and Delete All.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the message to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox.
Sort By Sender - This is still a sorting option, but you must disable Conversation view under your Settings. Then you will see "Sender name"
Disable AI Summaries - Go to Settings > AI features > Toggle Off

  1. Link Preview in Emails

    In new Yahoo Mail, "Automatically generate a preview of links" is not working. It should be fixed or just allow users to go back to old Yahoo Mail. Thank you.

  3. Incorrect unknown sender name displayed in Sent mail

    Yahoo Mail is displaying an incorrect, unknown sender name on messages in my Sent folder. My mailbox sending name is correct; the raw message header shows the correct sender name, and there is no matching contact saved. Please investigate stale or incorrect identity/contact-card data in the Yahoo Mail interface.

  5. Allow me to compose emails to my doctor, local hospital, amazon etc.

    Allow me to compose emails to my doctor, local hospital, amazon and family etc. just like in the good old days when my wife and I started using My Yahoo. It's only me now. She died 2 years ago. I'm 83 now and like to keep things simple. Please.

  6. i find it very awkward only being allowed to view one email at a time

    the new tabs idea is not as useful as being able to open multiple emails. can you please give users the option to have two or more emails open at the same time as in the previous version. I find it very awkward to switch between them when only one can be viewed at a time

  7. glitching when writing new email

    When I am composing new email, every time it does a draft save, it glitches and shuts down my my message. I have to keep retrieving it from drafts. This is becoming a real pain. Please sort this out.

  8. Incorrect name permanently associated with my own email address

    Yahoo Mail persistently associates the name “Reynold Johnston” with my own email address, although I do not know anyone by that name and no such contact exists in my Yahoo Contacts.

    The incorrect name appears in autocomplete when I address an email to myself and when Yahoo Mail displays messages I send to myself. Clicking the X removes the suggestion temporarily, but it returns after Yahoo Mail is refreshed or reopened.

    My Yahoo Mail sending name is correctly set to Clement Schubert. The raw header of a test message correctly shows “From: Clement Schubert,” and recipients outside my account receive…

    The lists are showing but when you click on "Email this List" button, the emails do not get put in the email, just an empty email is provided.

    Hi Lindsay, we tried replicating this issue and it worked fine for us. So our team had additional questions...

    Can you tell us what browser and browser version you're using?

    How many contacts are in your list, and whether this happens every time or only sometimes?

    Last, a screen recording showing the issue would be very helpful.

  11. Sending Videos

    When I send a video of mine from Vimeo- I always got a Thumbprint ID so I knew the video I was sending was correct. With the NEW email I don't get that Thumbprint confirmation. I always wonder if the correct video I'm sending IS correct? You might want to re-add that feature on the NEW email. Other than that aspect it's ok.
