   In new Yahoo Mail, "Automatically generate a preview of links" is not working. It should be fixed or just allow users to go back to old Yahoo Mail. Thank you.

3. Fixing Issues with Fonts

   I would like the Font that I selected in my Yahoo Mail settings to function when I write an email. I chose Classic- Medium. When I write an email, the font automatically reverts to Classic, Tiny. I have to consistently change the font while writing the email to Classic Medium. Can you fix this ongoing issue?

4. Unable to close tabs

   Hi Yahoo Developers, My tab bar at the top of the compose (or read) screen shows countless tabs for a recent search I did. I am unable to close any of the tabs as there is no 'x' on them. They are moving a screen width and a half to the right. It's a poor UX. Could you please fix this quickly. I'm tempted to go straight back to the old Yahoo mail UI. Thanks.

   Why when I attach a Word docx in normal typeface - it always transmits in ITALICS ?!?!?!?!?

6. backspace deletes emails that are being replied to

   When I try to reply to an email and I hit the back space, at all, it deletes the entire email. I just hit the back space on a very important thread of emails and it permanently deleted the entire string of emails I have been trying to work out a return for an expensive product for. When an email is in my inbox, it will automatically send it to the trash folder and exit the email if I press the back space and it does this without warning. the reply function/forward seems very buggy and there was also an incident where I accidentally sent this email where I was trying to resolve something with the company to a professional contact that I have been working with and that was very embarrassing because we don't know each other hardly at all. I do not know how the email ended up getting forwarded to this professional contact. When I hit the reply button, it also does not automatically load the email into the replying email and I have to manually add it which probably played a role in this important email being sent to my professional contact.

7. Fix the "recent emoticon" option.

   When I want to select an emoticon, the recent ones are not available. I have to type into the search to find the icons that I usually use. Why is the clock indicating "recent" not working?
   I did an experiment. I searched for two icons and saw the "recents" until I closed the icon selection box. When I opened it a second later, the recents were forgotten.

8. Sending Videos

   When I send a video of mine from Vimeo- I always got a Thumbprint ID so I knew the video I was sending was correct. With the NEW email I don't get that Thumbprint confirmation. I always wonder if the correct video I'm sending IS correct? You might want to re-add that feature on the NEW email. Other than that aspect it's ok.

9. DARK MODE WHILE COMPOSING IS HORRIBLE!

   I wanted to share some feedback regarding an issue I’ve encountered while using Yahoo Mail in dark mode.

   When I compose an email with dark mode enabled, the editor displays white text on a dark background, which looks fine while drafting. However, I recently noticed that when the email is sent, the text remains white. As a result, recipients with the default white background cannot see the text unless they highlight it.

   This issue makes it extremely difficult to ensure that my messages are readable for recipients. I would like to suggest that when composing emails in dark mode, the background when composing should still be white, so you can see exactly how it will look like to the other person. I think right now, if you have darkmode, yahoo will automatically make the text white, even though the sender wrote it in black, which is confusing.
