WHAT'S NEW?
AI Summaries - Ability to disable. Go to Settings > AI Features > Toggle Off
Number of Total Messages - Hover over the Inbox Icon and you will see both total number of messages and unread.
Sender's Email Address - You don't have to open the message to see the sender's email address. Just hover over the sender's name from your Inbox.

Resize Images - Resize an image within the message.
Multi-Tasking Tabs - Like before, open an email in a new tab.
Inbox Categories - Default to "All" category instead of always Priority.
Right Hand Column - Ability to minimize: Contacts, Starred, More (Currently for Yahoo Mail Plus subscribers)


TIPS:
Inbox Categories - You can go back to having just ONE Inbox. Go to Settings > Personalize Inbox.
Keep Folders Expanded - First expand left hand column by hovering on Inbox edge until you see Double Arrows. Then a drop down will show up next to Folders. 
Bulk Delete - Click on a checkbox from your Inbox and a new checkbox will appear at the top. From there you can Select All and Delete All.
Drag and drop messages to folders - Just click and hold on an email message, then drag and drop that message into a different folder. 
Dark Mode - Go to Settings > Appearance.

  1. Search by Subject & Folder

    I use Mail search almost everyday and the old Yahoo mail let me search by subject and folder. folder search is now gone in the new version. How do I switch back or get this daily used feature back ASAP?

  2. Search in specific folder

    I used emails in a specific folder not the whole mailbox. It'll be nice to have that feature again. Thank you

  4. Provide a function to sort mails from the largest to the smallest

    My email chineselanguagetutor@yahoo.com was registered more than 20 years ago. I cannot find a function to sort mails from the largest to the smallest in size. It would be great if you can provide the function.

  6. "Search for messages from this Sender"

    Keep the "Search for messages from this Sender" feature. Its extremely helpful to find messages from the same sender/group across dates either to use them or to simply delete them all and free up space.

  7. Search function is useless

    Whenever I try to search for an email message I know I have, the search bar never finds it. But then when I scroll and scroll and scroll, I finally find it myself. My search used the same subject line, or I would search by the sender, and nothing. Completely useless and frustrating when you need to find something quickly.

  8. mass delete > 100

    Unable to mass delete emails from a folder, inbox search or a sender. Search is limited to 25. Folder is limited to 100. Even when it prompts you to delete all xx,000 emails from a folder it only deletes the first 100.

  9. Yahoo Mail Search History

    There is no way to Permanently Clear your Yahoo Mail Search History, You can delete a mail history item but it will reappear when you next sign-on to Yahoo even if you clear all cookies in all Browsers.
