Unread v. Read Contrast
The contrast between read and unread emails in this new yahoo is unrecognizable. There needs to be greater contrast or a different color to differentiate between the two. I DO NOT LIKE THE NEW LOOK!

Microsoft Teams invites
You had this feature before, but now I can no longer accept invites from Micorsoft Teams in my email. I have my email linked to my google calendar so the solution to add invites to my yahoo mail are useless. This would be one of the biggest reasons I may have to stop using yahoo if you guys can't fix this.

Inbox Categories Options
In playing with my email settings (and realizing I definitely prefer having the inbox categories disabled), I've realized that the option to presort/filter my mail with a quick button click is actually really handy. Here are some ideas for tweaking it to make it more user-specific.
Please please please, let me set which filter I want as my default and/or allow the option to just go back to the last used filter. I hate that it keeps going back to the 'priority' filter.

Automatic Inbox categories Not Sorting Emails Correctly
For the past two months, Yahoo Mail has stopped automatically sorting my emails into Offers, Social,
and Newsletters. Almost all emails are going into Primary, including promotional messages.
Previously, automatic sorting worked correctly.
I have confirmed that Inbox Categories is enabled. I have tried turning categories off and back on,
refreshing Chrome, signing out and back in, and using Incognito mode. None of these steps resolved
the problem.
For example, a promotional email from Alliance Laundry Systems offering $400 off appears in
Primary instead of Offers.

Yahoo Mail displays incorrect sender name in Sent emails
My Yahoo Mail account recently started displaying my husband's name, Lawrence with our last name, instead of my name, Anne with our last name, whenever I open an email in my Sent folder.
I have verified that:
My Yahoo account profile correctly says Anne Gieseke.
My sending name under Settings > Mailboxes is correct.
The actual email header says From: Anne Gieseke.
Recipients see my correct name.
My contacts do not contain an entry for Lawrence Gieseke.
The issue persists in Chrome Incognito mode.
I have also changed my Yahoo password and enabled two-step verification.

The Inbox width has Reduced
The Inbox width has Reduced. I am not able to view the list completely, need to scroll. Even the horizontal scrollbar did not work just now.
I did not change the settings. I would like to go back to the Inbox screen which was displayed last week

Awful New UI - I want to focus on emails not the header and footer!!!
The new Yahoo UI is awful, and there is no way to go back to what it was before.
I liked the way that the Inbox was the priority of the screen, and the email took up most of the screen so that l could focus on it. And there is no badge showing the number of unread emails.
How can l revert back to what was there before? Who decided this was the way to go?

The font color for already read emails and new unread emails should be different colors or font styles..
I can't easily tell already read emails from new unread emails anymore. The old version had a slightly darker and less bold font for emails that were already read on my front page and I liked that look much more. I don't want to have to select a new category to be able to see which emails are new or not when i want to look at all of my recent emails. You need to either make that distinction more clear, by making unread and read emails look different, like they used to in the classic version, or allow users…

Give options to minimize ai presence
I don't need AI and don't use it. I am capable of reading and forming my own thoughts without using it. I really hate this mail constantly trying to force me to interact with things I do not want to use. Please let me just use my email with less senseless cluttering.

I am unable to see the full email address of the sender when the email is too long. This is very convenient for scammers to scam users with a long email that looks like official emails

All should be left on All - so incredibly frustrating
So incredibly frustrating that you now have to continually change the setting to 'all' from primary, etc., if you want to see all your emails, or else you end up with 'unread' emails. New upgrade is more frustrating and unnecessary. Will switch to gmail if this isn't rectified.

The email is now so small to see
You can't make that email larger so you can see everything in the email body. Makes it impossible to see the entire body which is stupid. The "new" email sucks.

In the old mail I could create rules that sorted adds to different folders. The new version does not seem to support this. Please bring it back.

A person should be allow to set their mail according to their preferaces, How can I keep my setting on "ALL" in instead of "PRIMARY" it should be a choice. New isn't always improved

Stop putting the ads in the middle of emails so when you selete one the ad get clicked and opens

You can no longer start at the top you really need to start at the bottom
