Keyboard Shortcuts
Allow pressing delete key to delete checked emails. This is always how I used to delete emails before. I know it's not a huge deal to have to click the trash icon, but I can work faster on my keyboard and this shortcut was nice.

Delete e-mail
With the new UI I think the pop-up that says "Message Deleted" appears right on top of the Delete button. I typically delete my e-mails in preview mode which I don't see as an option in the new UI which allows me to see the e-mail briefly and then click the Delete button in most cases. Now I have to open the e-mail click Delete, then wait for the pop-up to disappear or manually close it, before I can delete the next e-mail. If you just move that pop-up off to the right of the toolbar then I would be…

BLOCK ADDRESSES GOING TO TRASH FOLDER
When you receive or send a message to the spam folder, you have the option of blocking the e-mail address. For some reason, after blocking the e-mail address, the spam messages go to your trash folder. We do not want spam messages in our Trash folder. After blocking the address why not have technology make the message disappear from your e-mail folder. You have no use nor want evidence of a block address e-mail message. You are not going to read the block address e-mail message in your Trash folder and you end up deleting the message anyway.

Deleting mail should not take you back to top of the list
When clicking in the trash can item on the list of emails (web version new ui), it deletes the email but it takes you back to the top of the list. So to check the next email, I have to scroll down the list to find where I am. I will probably delete the next email, which then takes me back to the top of the list and I have to scroll again. This endeless scrolling when cleaning mail emails are very annoying.

Delete By Sender
Yahoo really needs a "sweep" function. I am sure I don't need to describe it, but it allows you to select one or more emails and "sweep" them to a folder, or delete. It removes all emails in the inbox from those specific senders and places them where you select instead of having to do it one by one or clicking beside each email. It makes cleaning an inbox more efficient and is a feature that has been around for a long time. It makes no sense that yahoo mail doesn't have this. Having to delete emails one at a…

restore deleted draft
My computer has been acting up the last few days and has been deleting drafts while I am typing them which only frustrating because when a draft email is deleted it is deleted permanently and the yahoo website says it cannot be restored. Can we please change this setting so that a draft email goes into the trash rather than being permanently deleted? Its extremely frustrating to be halfway through a one page email with a lot of detail to then have it be completely deleted.
