    How do I change back to the old email? The new email feezes on me. It's simply the most terrible upgrade I've ever experienced

    Don't make it look like google mail! I hate gmail, but if your going to turn into them than I will be switching to something else. The old settings and format was perfect for getting around easily and now I have to decode all the things and try and figure out where things are and read extra **** I don't want to see. The new style is not pleasant to look at on the eyes. The more simple and stream line was much easier.

    my 96-year-old mother finally got used to Yahoo Mail after years of being of Cox. When you changed the color, design, arrangement, etc. it really threw her off. There was nothing wrong with the old way. Why can't you please leave well enough alone - it was great the way it was. Thank you.

    I hate the new yahoo, literally everyone hates the new version of yahoo, why is everything so small and what the **** is up with your dumb AI?? Nobody asked for this! Literally. Let me go back, I hate you.

    WHY DID YOU CHANGE THIS FORMAT? IT IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. ITS SLOW, I CANNOT FIND SOME MESSAGES EASILY. I MAY BE SWITCHIN TO GMAIL. THIS IS JUST HORRIBLE

    I want the email view to go back to Classic because this new stuff is absolute trash! The way things are set up now are NOT user friendly in the least bit. It's ugly and who are you to decide what my priority emails are???? I'm about to close all my accounts and switch to Google because at least they have a more user friendly view.
    Yahoo, you suck and I want the classic view back to my account or at least the ability to opt out of this new ****.

    You can make it better by defaulting back to the original format. This format is difficult to follow emails are displayed are difficult to read.

    please go back to the original yahoo mail format. it was fine and didn't need any updates. you sacrifice customer happiness for gimmicky, useless innovation, for innovation's sake.

    HOLY ****! that new design is AWFUL! HAHAHAH, when will corporations learn that ****** Apple-esque design is disgusting and a literal waste of space. Why is there so much empty space? No one who is literally trying to use the mailbox will like this. The contrasts in appearance are awful too. HOLY ****, trying to delete emails- the trash can icon disappears for a couple seconds and you have to move the mouse off and back on until the garbage can appears again. fire the designer holy ****

    i do not like the new yahoo web page and now you do now give the option to switch back, it may be time to look around

    The previous email layout was easer to navigate thru.
