    The new format is terrible. Either go back to the old format or I will change to gmail. Seriously, this is ridiculous and so not user friendly

    Please for all that is the right thing to do . Lets US decide oh how our Email looks. The new version is TERRIBLE> I want to delete my yahoo mail but I have so many accounts that refer to that email. If necessary I will have to take a day to do it. Why are we FORCED to keep this aweful email change. Did anyone ask for it > I think not . UGH !

    You can improve the email by going back to the way it was. This new email sucks as bad as the new Snow White.

    It made me choose a category but this is for all. I DO NOTwant this AI generated summary of the email below. It doesn't work well at all and gets confusing. On my tablet I often have trouble getting the send button to even pop up. There is no reason for all the changes you made. I may have to give up this account and go strictly to gmail if this doesn't go back to the functional way it was before. Change can be good, not this time. Sorry--just irritated.

    Go back to the previous version with black background and easy to get to folders. This version is absolutely terrible and the person who designed it should be fired immediately!

    You can improve Mail by going back to the previous version. This version is filled with problems.

    The new "desktop experience" of Yahoo mail is ... quite terrible.
    The seriously limited views are NOT useful or functional.
    The "settings" - which I suppose can be changed, but WHY? - are currently set to display only "Priority" emails in my inbox, rather than "All" email in my inbox.
    So many of the presentations and options are really, really BAD.
    If it is in any way possiblie, I would derinitely return to the previous version of Yanoo mail!

    Change it back, showing "Priority" first thing causes things to get missed or lost. At the very least default it to show all with the option for priority for those that want it. If I wanted someone else to sort through my mail I wouldn't have it.

    I want to delete some of my "sent" mail, but there is no trash or delete icon to click on. My opinion of this new mail system is not favorable at all. I despise it basically. I get more spam mail now than I use to. There is too much of having to click here to see something that before was right there on the main page and could handle it there.

    I've tried your new email...It's NOT user friendly for old folks like me. I don't understand what all your icons do, and it's confusing to look for the three dots and then search for what I want to do. My laptop is old, and I cannot afford a newer one, and since you've now required so many "upgrades" it has downgraded my life!
    Please allow us old folks the older email that we understand.

    What an absolute piece of **** this new email system is. I need to find another email system as this is way too complicated. The old version was very easy to use and this new one is not.

    I have an idea why don't you let me have the old format? I don't like this. I'm not getting half the E Mails people send me. I HATE THIS NEW FORMAT!!!!!!!!!!!
