From the time you changed your system several weeks ago to this new look, I have found it much more difficult to keep current with my emails. This read mode, than here's the email, and having to hit the looking for something older etc is nothing but a major time eating mess.
What is wrong with you? Reading emails is suppose to be easy and quick. You've made it a mess of little click boxes such as, previewing the email then having to scroll down to actually see the email, clicking on the .... area in order to pull up trash and spam and the time it took to learn where to look for trash and spam, the looking for something older line at the bottom. UGH
Go back to an efficient method, this new page sucks ****.

PLEASE PUT MY EMAIL BACK TO THE WAY IT WAS AND PLEASE STOP CHANGING IT WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE NEW CONCEPT BEHIND THE "SORT TAB." AS WHEN I NOW CLICK ON THE "SORT" TAB, THEN SELECT "FILTER-STARRED" IT NOW ONLY SHOWS THE STARRED AND NOT THE REST OF MY EMAILS. PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK NOW AND STOP CHANGING IT!

Is there a way to return to the old format? The new format is not working well. Thank you.

The old look of the Yahoo mail was simple and easy to look at with the eyes. The new look is so bad for the eyes, it is too colorful and it makes you pay attention to the wrong tings like those colorful circles instead of the actual subject.
Why discontinue something what was good and replace it without giving us their users to choose ourselves.Bad bad decisions.

Seriously, since the redesign this email account (that I pay for) has become almost impossible to use. I miss emails because of the "priority" setting, the column on the right is useless to me and I can't get rid of it. Emails go to spam that are not spam and there is no "not spam" button anymore. Most problematic, some emails are marked as "unsubscribed" so I don't get them, but there is no way to "resubscribe" (I have subscribed again on the sender's site, but Yahoo is still blocking them) I spend way to much time now wading through useless emails to find important ones that are not showing up.

Quite difficult to navigate around. Selecting emails one by one - the checkboxes are a lot smaller now and due to the page's lagginess, it takes couple tries to select a bulk of emails. Holding the shift key while selecting the 'Begin' and 'End' of selection of emails to be highlighted also does not work all the time.

You buried access to Settings. And, when you get there in a new/separate tab (Google Chrome) I see no way back other than closing the new tab that opened when Settings was selected.

Who ever designed the "new" yahoo email format ruined the simpler and more intuitive classic version.
Call me old fashioned, but I loved the old format and I despise the new one. It has taken me days to hunt down the most offending "features", which I call "bugs" and turn them off. It still sucks, which is why Yahoo is no longer my primary email or serach engine source.

I've been using this email for over 20 years. I've decided to start moving all my accounts' email user names to my gmail. Y'all can't stop making changes, constantly. You take away what I consider to be basic features of the system. You've made the program and it's use my complicated than it has to be. I've been teased for years for still using your "left in the past" system. Well it took you to finally turn me off enough to walk away. If you are trying to finish phasing out yahoo email, you're doing great! Over here acting like you Atari. And your news on your home page, very one sided media. Maybe you should report the news, not cafeteria pick what suits your agenda.

What happened to the simple "empty trash" option? This new view is more complicated and more cumbersome. I've had this account for over 20 years . . . wishing for the previous, more simple system.

I really dislike the newest update layout. It makes the email box so small I can't see the whole email and makes it more difficult.
