It took me quite a while to find Settings. All the other apps I use have Settings as a little wheel up in the right corner. I finally found it tucked away down at the very bottom of the left menu, which ought to be only folders.

Also, why on earth is Unread tucked away down at the bottom of the Folders? All the items relating to Mail in general should be up under Inbox. Before Folders.

And I accidentally folded the right menu up and now I can't figure out how to expand it again. Very annoying.
