First we get two in boxes, one of which I didn't know existed for months. And now, I have to click on "catch up" in order to see new mail. Why is it not just in the inbox where any sensible email provider would put it? We know where to find our new messages, at least we used to know. This is absolutely ridiculous and a total waste of time.
