no useful tools for cleaning out old emails; no consideration for people with disabilities
Your entire web team, including all decision makers, should be *-slapped for a few weeks straight. What the literal *, people? So, for 30-some years you impose zero storage limits AND make it really really hard -- nearly impossible, really -- to clean out old inboxes and folders in any remotely efficient way, but now suddenly you impose a limit, and implement ZERO useful tools for doing so.
Zero ways to filter by size. The Android App has that, but doesn't allow multiple selections, so the biggest messages have to be deleted one by one. You utter total jerks.
Zero ways to filter by folder, so no obvious way to mass delete from the inbox without grabbing emails specifically saved in folders. Do you people even use email? No. Really.
********* all, so, so much. You have ONE JOB: let people email stuff and don't make it too much of a pain **********. But, no.
Oh, and also, you all pay ZERO attention to people with disabilities. My 85 year old mother with macular degeneration, who has to zoom in to a macro level just to be able to read the screen, is left with like a stupid square inch of space to read and write her emails, because you bright bulbs just had to force a giant header and giant side columns.
You, your web team, and your entire executive team are a pile of useless pinheads who apparently don't actually use the internet or have any aging relatives. Well done in your mass effort to promote gmail, Outlook, and anything really other than your own product.
