I found the above advertisement which appeared in the right-hand sidebar of the New Yahoo Mail to be quite bothersome. It is of a woman in motion. It reloads frequently, so the eye is persistently drawn away from one's business (composing messages, viewing inbox, etc.). This leads to productivity dropping markedly.

In the future, it would be nice to only have still advertisements present in free Yahoo products. I understand that without a paid subscription, advertisements are unavoidable. But there is a way to experience them without (significant) interference while still availing oneself of a particular service in an agreeable way.
