, and after some time, someone named Alvaro created that account somewhere and started using it. Now I keep receiving his messages, and to prove this is not just a coincidence, I was even able to change his Spotify, Netflix, and Mercado Livre passwords. Now he has enabled more authentication factors, and that is no longer possible.

I have already reported this to Yahoo before, as I consider it a serious privacy issue, but I only received the simple response that this was not possible. Please, remove the alias from my account (ONLY THE ONE STATED HERE)—I can’t stand receiving messages from another person anymore.
