The new Yahoo Mail interface is significantly less usable and disrupts my daily work. Unread messages are hard to identify, spacing is excessive, navigation is unclear, and message scanning is now much slower. The previous interface was far more functional, especially for users who manage high email volume on desktop.

There is also no way to contact support — no email, no working phone, and no option to switch back, even though the help page claims this feature “is not available for your account.” This leaves users completely without a solution.

Request:
Please restore the option to use the classic Yahoo Mail interface, enable Basic Mail for my account, or provide a direct link/setting to revert. The new UI may look modern, but it removes essential functionality needed for professional use.
