I need to update my sending name
I have been trying to update my name for quite some time. (on my iphone) It has been very difficult to figure out a way to change it. Everytime i send an email it shows my old maiden name.
I am not always home to sign in to my computer to send emails.
My computer name shows Eric & Sharlesa Bradford which is correct. My phone name shows Sharlesa Robertson which is outdated and incorrect.
Thanks for listening to my concern and working on a resolution for your users who can't afford or maintain a plus membership.
