There is absolutely no reason why someone should log into there account and emails have been deleted or removed due to inactivity. Stop deleting users accounts. Let them determine if they want them deleted and send them advance notification of these actions far in advance if they would like to delete. The choice should always be up to the user and account holder. Deleting an account and message is beyond horrible and insensitive and unethical. Especially when yahoo has made the error and the user has infact logged in within the year yet you do not have line agents available to assist with correcting the error that was made by Google. There should always be live assistance available for users no matter what. AI Bots cannot solve problems they just simply repeat and regurgitate inputted data, scripts, and prompts but never actually solve or resolve a specific issue or problem. Therefore Yahoo should always provide live assistance to assist users in this situations when an issue needs to be evaluated to a higher department and is in need of a live agent. Users are very upset that yahoo has made an error deleting our messages from our account saying it is inactive yet we have infact logged in within the specified time period. You've gotta do better Yahoo. This is terrible. We need someone to contact us to address this as soon as possible.Thanks
