    I have yet to see a correct AI summary. I pay for Yahoo Mail Plus -- Let me turn it off!!! Why are your forcing us to be your guinea pigs for this? I'd like to knnow how many POSITIVE comments you've received on this.

    Redundant, obnoxious and CREEPY. Not to mention that it strips the enjoyment out of reading well-written prose.

    The summaries are incorrect, creepy and disconcerting, and reading them wastes more time than than they will ever hope to save. You need a ranking higher than critical for things like this that will truly cause me to switch to another email app.

    I never use the star folder either. Does anyone? I did finally start using emails to myself, but now it's buried. Do you get user feedback before you make changes or do you assign the new people to mess with the interface and then put it out there for us to test?

    Yes!!! Give us the ability to rearrange our folders so I wouldn't have to put z's in front of the ones I rarely use and 0s in front of the ones I use often. And while you're at it, put the trash, spam, emails to myself, etc, folders back in the folders list so we can move them up to the top. It's so sloppy to have that 3 dot catchall menu thing below the folders for things that could easily be put other places.

    Just fix the new one. So far I can't tell which messages I've already read, I'm missing the arrow telling me that I've replied to a message, I can't find my trash and spam folders, I want to get rid of the contacts pane on the right so I can see more of the heading and preview, and I don't like the blue and want to change my colors. That's all in the first day.
