This seems like the mistake Live X made. They had a landscape mode but one of their competitors (Apple music) didn't. Evidently Live X figured they could save money by getting rid of the work to maintain landscape mode but didn't realize it was a major feature that kept their customers with them. I left and several other customers started leaving and they realized they made a mistake. They apologized and eventually brought it back but by then I had cancelled my subscription and found someone else. I assume many others did the same. I'm already looking for another customizable home page. Getting ready to test protopage.com as someone on this feed suggested.
