Stop forcing changes on users who haven't asked for them. You force changes on us, let us finally figure how to make do with what you've stuck us with, and then you go ahead and change it again. If certain users want specific changes, then by all means give those users the changes they've asked for, but don't make the rest of us have to go through the time and frustration of figuring out how to deal with whatever you've changed. "Changed" does not necessarily equal "Better" or "Improved". Make your entire product/platform/whatever work properly all the time, and then leave it alone. It's just that simple.

And *again* we play this stupid game?!? Yahoo keeps insisting on changing things that many of us users don't seem to want changed, and now they do it without any warning. It wouldn't be so bad if the new Yahoo Mail looked and worked like the old, but it doesn't, and that's the problem. Gives us back our useful, usable, better-looking email!
