Yahoo sucks. WHY do you people keep changing the format of the email? We should not be forced to adapt to a new format, especially when the new one has SO MANY ANNOYING FEATURES TO IT! Like for instance, when you want to reply to an email this huge annoying square pops up with the person's initial in it and you cannot even see what you are typing! WHAT THE **** MAKES YOU THINK THAT IT A GOOD IDEA??

Go back to the previous email format or you will have hundreds of thousands of people deserting Yahoo completely. I will be one of them.

I have tried to get on board with new mail and I do not like it. the most annoying feature is when you hit reply the auto generated card pops up and you can not start typing before you move it.

There's a reason why the wheel isn't reinvented! When something works you stick with it! The icons, especially the delete, need to be near the context of the subject. I've accidentally deleted the wrong email because I've moved up or down the email list not knowing and 'click' there goes the one I needed to keep!

The imaging is juvenile! I'm not teenager. I need clean, undramatic visualization. I want to move around quickly...This is a tool not a toy! Your programmers need to grow up!

I want my old formate back.

I hate this new format. I don't understand WHY it needed to be changed. If Yahoo cares about their customers, based on the reviews, they will go back to the old version. Yahoo...are you listening?

The new format absolutely SUCKS! Why do you people keep messing with things, and don't fix stuff you SHOULD fix? I see nothing that works any better, all it is is different. Bring back the old format and LEAVE IT ALONE!!!

I hate this new mail. I click on a friends mail and it kicks me to a new page and I have to get all the way out and have to log back into yahoo. I can not even answer mail. I hate this and am very seriously thinking of switching to google and leaving Yahoo altogether.

I found a way::: I'm using Win-10. In the new "improved" version, in upper right corner, click on tiny "contacts" icon thereby loading your email contacts. Allow contacts to load. Then, on MY screen in the upper LEFT corner, I click on the email (envelope) icon, and VOILA! , Old Version RETURNS! Hope this works for YOU, and that THEY don't read this and try to FIX it!!! . . . :)

This new format, excuse the language, SUCKS !. I feel like a toddler within a play pen and I am an adult needing my freedom. Give the old back!

I vowed to make at least one complaint every day about this new e-mail format, which is atrocious. I HATE IT AND I WANT MY OLD CLASSIC MAIL BACK! Did you actually pay somebody to come up with this garbage?
