Let us choose what news sources we want to receive. Let us choose whether we want to read Entertainment, sports or other categories.
I do not care about celebrities, so I would like control over whether I receive any celebrity gossip. Other people do not like specific news media, like CNN, Fox or ABC. We should have a choice of which sources we receive our news from.

If we say "show all" we can up-vote or down-vote specific content TOPIC KEYWORDS but you do not allow us to block feeds from specific sources. I am sick of seeing propaganda being displayed as news. Sources for left-leaning, progressive, socialist and other radical-leftwing propaganda include but are not limited to: ThinkProgress, Vox, Slate, Huffington Post, TakePart, random no-name bloggers with a dumb little site, various newspaper sites and TV station sites from all around the US, even the UK's The Guardian.
Worse, these sites are usually link-outs and do not use Yahoo comment boards. I don't want to have a whole bunch of accounts or use Disqus or Facebook to log into some blog discussion for an idiotic prop-lit article.
Make it so the custom my yahoo page news feed blocks have the +|X button "float-overs" to let us customize our feeds without having to jump through hoops, and let us exclude (or prefer) entire feed sources, or specific article writers, not just whatever keywords you (Yahoo) decide to give to the individual articles.
