Allow all viewpoints. Not just the ones you agree with
You should allow all points of view in your echo chamber. People that are critical of the left and it's policies. Instead you stifle debate, censor comments, flag opposition and in general, create a false sense of approval. People need opposition to either solidify their stances or question if what they are being told is truth.

I want to get rid of some extremely slanted "news" sources such as Huffington Post. How do I do that?
Some button next to each suggested article in the newsfeed, to say that one wants more or less from this provider. I think we used to have this before... I really do NOT want to see those moronic articles from the propaganda site Huffington Post - I am happy to have a broad range of political views, but I want it from serious sources, not that silly rag.

Allow users to deselect tabloid sources from their news feeds
There are a few reputable sources of information (AP, UPI, Reuters) and they're buried by the numerous tabloid sources (Buzzfeed, Politico, HuffPost, Daily Beast etc.). The old format allowed users to filter out sources they didn't want to see but there appears to be no options in the new format.

Please bring back source filtering and give users more control
I've used Yahoo News feed for years, but removing the “Show Less Like This” option and constantly pushing clickbait and ideologically one-sided sources is driving me away. I want balanced news and the ability to control what I see. If this doesn't change, I’ll stop visiting Yahoo entirely.

Improve the look and function
2 things for the News page - 1. Please set a link to the original source in headlines. 2. Dates would also be nice. Even something like "2 days old", etc. Right now, it's hard to get to the OG source of the stories (ex: Buzzfeed, Wash Post, Newsweek). It's also tedious checking the News page more than once a day because of how stories are not lined up by date. Finally, the page is not really pleasing to the eye. I often just skip Yahoo News and go to other sources because of these issues.

How about reinstating me? I've been BANNED for NINE Freakin' WEEKS for QUOTING trump and daring to try to educate readers with merely the TITLES of medical studies and articles related to the post or article. As a long-time At@T Yahoo news customer I continue to be upset and angered every time I open my email and get blasted with your page full of political left, anti-Trump, anti-Republican biased headlines and stories. I have attempted to provide feedback on this numerous times and know thousands of other users try to do the same. It's Memorial Day - Why is there NO recognition of Memorial Day in your 'news' today?

I concider myself very middle of the road when it come to politics and events within and outside of the USA. However when I get my daily updates from your entity it is very stricking that what you choose to publish is blaitantly very left leaning which make me wonder concidering what you publish is credible? Give people a reason why you are banning them from comments.
It must be hard to monitor everyone commenting on articles. However, why can some people blatantly lie and/or belittle and call people abusive terms while still being allowed to post and other people who actually research before they post consistently get rejected. Why was I banned from being able to post? I have appealed several times and have not once been responded to. I do not like to use the term censored but that is what appears to be happening here.

You could try to be a lot less fascist in your news coverage, and perhaps more truthful as well.
Essentially the idea is that instead of carrying water for far right ideologies and burying stories that don't align with your anti democratic and authoritarian corporate policies. you could report on the news in a more traditional informative and unbiased way.
